1. Roach used it while he was still fighting.

2. Did you actually read the first post? Xylocaine is LEGAL before a CUT OFF POINT! Floyd has fought OUTSIDE of Nevada MULTIPLE times. So if he tested positive and it was illegal, don't you think he would have been suspended?
