Like I said before, not a good example at all. Not to mention he had fought Margo before in sparring. He knew what to expect.

So let me get this right. YOu are baseing all you have stated on the Margo and CQ (2) fights?
What every fight of his thats been televised Ive seen since his ESPN days. I even have homemade video from my brother in Cali who seen this dude.

That has nothing to do with the fact that he boxed Margs head off.

Elaborate. He was pushing himself and taking punches to get punches in.

That means you can tell me whether Paul used boxing skills or not to beat Margarito because in my opinion, he outboxed him.
he outworked margarito, margarito is a fighter that is known to throw atleast a 100 punches per round and in the 1st round of the fight margarito only threw about 10 punches because it was hard for him to get his punches of because williams throws so much plus has a big reach advantage.reach and workrate is not what i would consider boxing skills

Watch this video again. And tell me whats this called. You act like Williams just bull rushed him. he was on his toes alot, jabbing, moving, clinching, slipping punches thats called BOXING. He couldnt get off because Williams is too fast for him.

So when did his (Pauls) skills become a question of ranking? I don't get your angle here.

To be honest, Only Mosley looked like Sugar Ray against Margarito.

Cotto got beat up, Clottey got outworked and Williams boxed very well early but faded in the late rounds.

I scored the fight on the cleaner punches. So I went with Martinez. By a round. My dad and brother had it a draw. For every shot Paul landed, he missed like 8.

Yes he was throwing, but he was missing just as many. Martinez was connecting damn near every shot he threw.

                    I scored it for Martinez.

The only name that even looks familiar to me of Williams' opponents at 154 is Verno Phillips. Phillips was 39.
