    Not necessarily.

You have to have at least some boxing skill to be able to keep Margarito off you for 12 rounds. Mosley was able to do a better job on Margarito but the likes of Cintron, Clottey and Cotto couldn't deal with his pressure so that really tells you that Williams can be effective by using his footwork, jab head movement, etc.

Wright is a very good pressure fighter who had a great jab. Williams neutralized that with movement, activity and his jab. Wright hasn't been beaten that decisively in a long time.

Quintana is a very good counter puncher who moves very well and he got KTFO. I will admit that Williams struggles with fighters who move well and can counter punch but to say Williams has no boxing skills is false.

You saying he has a tad bit more speed then Marg is just ******.
No, you said he had "serverly underratted boxing skills"...Get it together.

Martinez made Paul look slow. Paul speed gauge is maybe two levels above Margo's. So let say that is a 5 compared to a 7. That is good speed, but not blazing. YOu said good speed. I said good speed. Margo threw alot of wide punches, the few he threw straight, got there with decent speed. Margo had more speed than many gave him credit for.

Williams just looks awkward everytime i see him in the ring, He looks like a giraffe with boxing gloves on with those long legs, I like him though and i hope he gets his chance soon at the top guys.

He really has not improved significantly since Quintana 1. He beat Martinez on heart and determination.

If he has boxing skills, then Margarito has them as well. Williams is just a taller and faster version of Margarito.
Then why don't you have anything else good to say about him and criticize him at every opportunity you get? Hell, you've got points on him to lose to Cintron and that's crazy.

I'm a Williams fan, but he's not underrated. He's a volume puncher who knows how to clinch, has footwork, and some head movement. He does have skills but he's best known as a windmill fighter. That works for him so that's what he gets credit for. Nobody underrates his skills.

Or you could have a very freakish frame for a welter. He made Margo look small...Not easy to do.

Wright had not fought in two years. Paul pretty much out worked him, not out boxed him.

It took Paul 13 round to adjust to CQ.......

Paul is not the boxer you are making him out to be. It is the same old song and dance with Paul every fight out. He did start sitting on his punches more, but that is about it. All workrate and chin.

Funny how you picked the second CQ fight, not the first.

And the Margo fight....Those examples favor Paul. Hugger type stuff.

Paul did not have a deep amature backround, and it show's. If you would have said "Paul has some decent boxing skills", hell I MIGHT agree.

But to say they are serverly underratted?....Is ******.
No **** he gets hit. So does Manny Pacquiao. What do you mean his jab is OK. He doubles and triples it and throws more jabs then ANYONE in the sport. He has good head movement too.

What about the first? He struggles with lefties. And it was still close IMO I had it 7-5.

His boxing skills are underrated. Like I said he will only get better.
