This isn't about Bob Arum doing no good. He's obviously one of the top promoters in the sport today. All I'm saying is if you think Al Haymon is the only one that protects his fighters, you are wrong. Berto was about to fight Mosley, and I think it will happen next anyway if Floyd beats Mosley on May 1st.

Al Haymon is not the only one... But, he does it more then lets say Top Rank does... However, to Haymon credit P-Will has not really been protected... Arreola is another fighter who IMO was rushed he was not moved correctly But, fought other good prospects and that is Haymon... But, the thing with Berto is dude is fighting his third JWW in his last 4 fights... I mean fight somebody in your division... OK you was going to fight Mosley but why turn around and fight Malignaggi? Why not fight a WW... A fight a WW prospect like Antwone Smith or Mike Jones... Who the hell is the WBC mandatory? Whoever it is fight him so you can have that out of the way... Fight the IBF champ and unify the belts... If you want a name fighter fight Zab Judah somebody who has fought at WW before... Like honestly I would be even more impressed in him beating Delvin Rodriguez then him beating Malignaggi...

Al Haymon has no control over HBO, you're talking about GBP and their contract with HBO. Al Haymon is not part of GBP.

Judah had had enough chances for a guy who constantly blows it every time he steps up in competition.Judah just wasn't that good to begin with and he's certainly not going to start proving it at age 32

They are promoting there fighters. Theres nothing wrong with that.

Everybody that has gotten run on HBO isnt just a Haymon fighter.

I'm pretty sure Floyd is ranked #1 by the WBC. He did have better options that's for sure. Obviously he's got to fight a top ranked guy after this. Unless of course he loses.

I dunno who his #1 is, but I think Aydin holds some interim or international belt. But isn't he scheduled to fight Collazo?
