Gamboa and Lopez are still young. He'll match them. Pavlik/Espino was a tuneup.

Look at what he's done w/ Cotto, Pac and Margarito and even Clottey.

Really cuz I remember Pavlik fighting Zertuche, Zuniga, Miranda, and Taylor in succession... And, also going up 10lbs to fight Hopkins...

Is Juanma not a two time divisional champion already? How many pro fights has he had?

How did he move Oscar career? How many fighters with loosing records has Oscar ever fought... Since turning pro how many fighters with loosing records did Oscar fight?

How did he move Floyd career? How many pro fights did Floyd have before fighting Chicanito?

What about Cotto career, how did he move his?

How has he moved Pac career?

And, first of all is not Arum is the matchmaker Bruce Trampler who really makes this kind of decisions for Top Rank... And, Bruce Trampler is the best matchmaker in the business IMO... He moves you at the level you at... I am sorry Berto right now is on a level that he should not be fighting the Urango's and Malignaggi's...

Cotto fought Gomez and Jennings within the past 2 years. Margarito fought Golden Johnson and he's coming back to fight Carson Jones.

All I'm saying is that Al Haymon isn't the only one to give his fighters gimme fights. I mean Berto was about to fight Mosley FFS.

This isn't about Bob Arum doing no good. He's obviously one of the top promoters in the sport today. All I'm saying is if you think Al Haymon is the only one that protects his fighters, you are wrong. Berto was about to fight Mosley, and I think it will happen next anyway if Floyd beats Mosley on May 1st.

I don't understand why Berto is the only fighter who Dibella coddles right now. It's not like he isn't throwing Martinez, Taylor, and Allan Green to the lions. Berto needs to step the fuck up. And I agree that Top Rank protects their fighters also. See Juan Ma Lopez.

Haymon has way more control over boxing than most people know. Sure the promoters like Arum have done some screwed up things. But Arum can't force feed his fighters on HBO time the way Haymon can.

Berto has been on HBO as much as anyone in boxing in boxing and the guy has been spoon fed more than anyone else ever on the top stage. Sure he was going to fight Mosley. And now hes picking another 140. So Who cares.

Al Haymon has no control over HBO, you're talking about GBP and their contract with HBO. Al Haymon is not part of GBP.
