Just before Rampage retired, he was training for a bit at the boxing gym I train at in vancouver. My trainer, who is a box pro(and was training him), out-hustled him easy. Rampage is a big guy, but nothing special. Real boxers have better technique, which in turn, generates more force.

That Tv show should have used a real boxer to prove their point.
