I believe power can be from birth.

Some people are naturally strong.

Some have to work at it in the gym.

Some with muscles look great but aren't that strong. The world's strongest man contest makes world body builder champs etc look like **** when they join. It's not always how you look.

Bradley looked damn built at his upperbody, but his legs are kinda average to skinny, thus he doesn't generate that much power even though he is strong and fast. I'm sure if you did weights with him, he'll be strong, but power is slightly different.

Get a big guy who throws a punch at you, and he will have lots of power because of his mass.

You can also get a skinny guy who has good technique and speed that can hurt aswell.

Anyway Tua is very strong and his size helps him a lot.
