    yea, i BEEN wanting to see Cotto pick up Berto's Belt. Berto doesnt deserve it, he only defends against 140 pounders like Forbes and Urango. And the only time he fought a Welter since he has had his belt was against Collazo, and Berto was exposed as regular.

        He hasnt had the chance to go against elite fighters yet
