ESPN friday night fights starting early tonight.

    8:30 EST. good stuff.

johnson-mack is going to be a FOTY candidate people. there styles match up very well.

cant wait to see the cubans in action also. Rigondeaux, Despaigne and Jhonson.

despaigne is a light heavyweight who had a very good amateur career. and from the words of matt korobov "despaigne gave me my toughest fight as an amateur" it was a very exciting bout that looked like at anytime either man could take control. despaigne also has wins over andre dirrell and jean pascal in the amateurs.

you all know who rigondeaux and his accomplishments are.

jhonson is a junio middleweight with a ver ydecent amateur career. but he hasnt looked THAT impressive as a pro.

My guide says 10pm. I hope you're right because the SHO card starts at 11pm. Plus, I may fall asleep so the earlier the better.

              (1:10 PM)

By the way -- a reminder to all Freaks -- the start time of FNF has moved up to 10 pm ET instead of the originally announced time of 10:30 pm so mark it down.
              Dan Rafael says otherwise.
