if Wlad is going to win his up-coming bout with Fast Eddie, which I think is possible. ( I wonder if Wlad can hurt him so the 3rd-man will stop the fight), he will face the Russian in da ring. 4 sha. no doubt and win this either.

I dont think theres a rematch in near future or eva.

Just messing with you. I rewatched Eddie's fight with Dimitrenko the other night, and while Alex's jab is not on Wlad's level, it certainly isn't terrible. Eddie completely erased any effectiveness it might have had. If he can block most of them, and counter enough to make Wlad throw less, I think he might have a pretty good chance.

If not, Eddie hasn't taken much punishment in any of his fights and I see him going the distance. If he manages to beat Wlad, he'll probably fight Vitali or Haye or rematch Wlad. But Povetkin will remain a top contender, so I think there's a chance for a rematch someday.

-Larry Donald (American representative at Super Heavyweight at the 1992 Barcelona Olympic Games, In the pro ranks holds wins over Tyrell Biggs, Tim Witherspoon, and Evander Holyfield) The fight before Povetkin, he took a prime Nikolay Valuev to a MD in Germany. Povetkin, won virtually every round against him.

Chris Byrd (Byrd is a former two time world champion and a future hall of famer. Going into the Povetkin fight, he had wins over David Tua, Evander Holyfield, Vitali Klitschko and had a wealth of experenice over Alexander, Povektin battered and stopped him comfortably)

Eddie Chambers (Chambers was 30-0 going into the fight, with some impressive wins. Povetkin won a clear decision. Chambers has since gone on to win 5 straight including wins over Samuel Peter, and Alexander Dimitrenko.

Jason Estrada (Estrada was a world class amatuer and a risky fight for a rusty Povetkin. He came to win, Povetkin beat him UD.

Povetkin has done all of this within 18 fights. Thats impressive. It's a shame injuries have stalled his career and a shot at the title. But I feel he is very underrated and when fit can be a force. I also hope Teddy Atlas can improve him to the next level.

          I dont like rewatchin fights.haha

Jes also Alex improves a bit I remember in his last fights, but he still throws manny powerpunches and hooks a lot. the jab is better, but nut enuff to be considered as good.
Alex has not the power to beat a Kitschko but I agree with u that Eddie could "outbox" Wlad in his way he outboxed Sascha. Wlads workrate will be important. Edddies speed and movment in general.
Wlad will land some clean shots, who could slow down Eddie.

I think Eddie ahs the better chance in beating Wlad than Alex does.

Povetkin would whoop his ass again in a rematch.

I can't wait till Wlad destroys Chambers.
