How much more perfect would Floyds record be if he had an elite trainer?

To be fair though, Mayweather Sr. has won as many trainer of the year awards as Roach with 3, so he wasn't a bad trainer to have teaching you how to fight.Comment

Floyd ain't learning no new tricks at 32. But if you mean a while back, then to be honest i don't think it would make any difference. 99% of it is Floyd's discipline, professionalism and talent.Comment

You have severely overrated Steward.Comment

Floyd has had two world class trainers in his father and his uncle. His father taught him his style in the amateurs that he has used to win 40 consecutive fights. His uncle, Roger, perfected it in the pro ranks. Regardless of what people think Floyd Sr. is a brillant trainer and Roger is very good. Both are better than Freddie Roach.I know its impossible to get more perfect than perfect(40-0-0), but lets imagine how much better he could be if he had a world-class trainer in his corner like Freddie Roach, ****m Richardson, or Manny Steward?
More shutouts? More stoppages?
Roach is a master strategist but he's never really had a fighter(other than Pac) with the ability to execute the way Mayweather can. If Mayweather had that kind of guidance instead of a rampaging crackhead, Floyd could be 40-0-0! with an additional exclamation mark!!!
What do you guys think?

If it weren't for boxing politics ... Rodger would have won quite a few awards because he is one of the very best.
A bit of advice: You don't need to diminish a trainer who's fighter you dislike, in order to elevate the fighter's trainer you do like.
Silly and unworthy of a TRUE Boxing Fan!!!!!!
