Floyd has a Stuttering problem????

I have seen a lot of interviews with Floyd lately and it seems that he has problems speaking. He claims he does not take damage in fights but it’s gotten worse.

His speech or interview is scripted so he need to remember what he's going to say that's making him stutter. What I really think is he's using xylocaine on his mouth too.
