Good interview.

Floyd earned over $30 million for the Marquez fight, so I see why he is saying he is getting $40 million for this fight. Mosley is the bigger star when compared to Marquez and they will generate more PPV buys together, more money involved.

I think it has more to do with the sort of money split Floyd will be received in the Marquez fight, and the sort of one he will be receiving in the Mosley fight.

Like you have options if you can get 50-50 on 3 million PPV Buy fight, or get 70/30 on a 1.8-2 million fight...all about splits.
