When has Mosley came close to KO'ing a boxer that doesnt stand infront of him and allows him to tee off?
Mosley had to hit Margarito,Vargas & Mayorga repeatedly over and over with power shots to knock them out....
No way he is gonna land that many power shots on Floyd to be able to chizzle away at his chin....
he couldnt even knock down Cotto with his POWER
1.) Margarito and Mayorga are punchbags, and Mayweather is one of the best defensive fighters.
2.) Floyd has a better chin and stamina than Cotto, and Cotto got tired in the Mosley fight but still beat Mosley, Floyd doesn't get tired.
3.) Vargas & Mayorga were competitive with Mosley, this time he is fighting Floyd Mayweather Jr.
Expect Floyd to use his jab a lot in this fight, and his lead right hands. Mosley is a pattern fighter and uses two types of punches, a right hand and a left hook, Floyd will outbox Shane easily.Comment

Dan rafael just reafirmed the 8 ounce gloves will be used.
My question by the way.
Dan for the Mosley-Mayweather fight I thought the standard glove size in Nevada was 10 ounce gloves?

It is unless the camps agree to 8 ounces. 10 ounces is the kind they would use in the event of a disagreement. However, the Mosley-Mayweather contract says 8 ounces, according to those who have read the contract.Comment

Question: What are the gloves sizes based on the boxer/kickboxer's weight?
Answer: Athletes (boxers/kickboxers) weighing-in up to and including 135 pounds must wear 8 oz. gloves in competition, while athletes weighing-in over 135 pounds (junior welterweight class and above) must wear 10 oz. gloves in competition. However, athletes weighing in over 135 but not more than 147 pounds may wear 8 ounce gloves in competition if both athletes agree to do so in writing.
