Would Floyd fight any one of these guys given the proper circumstances? Or would he have used excuses to not fight? (Promoters fault, no money, fighter has a loss, fighter has no fans and so forth)

Not too sure about Marg or Winky but i reckon he probably would have fighted Forrest or Cotto

Of course there's truth to that statement. To be honest though I don't think Mayweather needs to fear Cotto. I think he could TKO Cotto or take an easy UD.
