Ricky Hatton is garbage. He's the most overated boxer I've seen in a bout 10yrs. Collazo gave it 2 him, lost at bad against him. Mayweather ko'd him, when was the last time you saw Floyd Ko anybody? That tells u all u need 2 know as far as his chin goes. & Whatever was left, Pacquiao demolished it with that big left hand. Hatton can fill up an arena b/c of his fans base, that's the only thing going 4 him.

hatton was never the best in the world but was a top ten p4p in his prime. you must be forgetting that hatton won 4 world titles in 2 weights. and thats not including IBO and the ring belts like the pac fans count them! you must also be forgetting that hatton is a LIGHT welterweight, not a welterweight. And if you want to take note about hattons chin, see his fight with kostya tszyu, because tszyu landed plenty of bombs on him. and to also be fair, in the mayeather fight, the ref was completely unacceptable. And not that it mattered, but even if hatton would have made it to 12 and won every round, he still wouldnt have got a decision because all three judges were from nevada!! still wondering how he got away with that.

easy fight for guzman but why would hatton fight him? doesn't seem like the kind of "come back" fight for ricky at this point, or at any point.

I think Hatton can still fight just not at the top level. The guy need to clean up his act and get in shape full time. It's not like he's 36 years old or something. The guy needs to work on some of the basics. I think he should spend a year rebuilding himself while fighting d-c class fighters. Maybe in a year from now he would be able to step into another big fight.
