IMO the top prospect in the world

    is Paul Williams.

Obviously he's not there yet. He still fights like an octopus having a panic attack, and when he faces a boxer with some skill he gets schooled really badly.

But he has potential. Obviously we all know that he didn't deserve to beat Martinez, who had less time to prepare for the fight and had to move up in weight, but still, I think that if he continues to improve at the current rate, he'll be the best in one of the divisions he cherry picks between sometime around 2015.

    You heard it here first.

Williams needs to move to middle and stay there.

How can a prospect be ranked Number 2 By the ring at 160 is also a good question.
