Froch looked so nervous before the scores were called out, he knew he lost. I hate this **** about boxing, i mean what is actually done about these dodgy decisions?? Ok so this wasn't the biggest robbery I've ever seen but Dirrell should have won that fight, it's as simple as that. I'm all for home advantage, I think if you go to someones hometown you have to really earn the win to take the belt home, but that was taking the piss.
Why are the judges not held accountable to explain their scorecards? I know it's hard to argue against someones personal opinion, but are there not some sort of guidelines to scoring a fight?? i have no idea how the judging system works, but it needs sorted out, especially for title fights like this.
It was the first time that I heard somebody say about his opponents style: He was negative *loooooooooooooooooooooool* Never heard that before... I personally don't understand 1.) the hate Froch generates, he seems to be a fun-trash talking guy, with not the biggest skill but someone who comes to fight and 2.) how anybody could have scored the fight for Froch... I'm really sorry to play Mr. Lederman here but being negative isn't a criteria of how boxing gets judged... Dirrell landed more, crisper, threw as many punches as Froch (the aggressor should usually out throw the boxer)--- he also held more and was more on the mat (but that ain't criterias to judge a fight)
I thought he was bob on with what he said. You can't steal a title away from a champion, you have to win it outright.
Froch got his ass kicked, you still have to land punches to ****ing win a fight. He got out-boxed and to be honest when dirrel did exchange with him he got the better of that too, AND wobbled froch pretty bad. He will lose a decision to kessler unless he lands that right uppercut, which is pretty much the only punch he throws with any technique. He would get knocked out by ward inside 8 rounds, I have no doubts
