Nothing has changed. Pac still wont take the fight because of the random testing. I don't ever see this fight happening especially after Shane has agreed to the tests. Floyd will think if Shane takes them, why cant Manny. I don't see there being a Pac vs Mayweather fight in the future.

I hate BS!! All we get is BS instead of straight talk. Is random testing needed and good for boxing? How can anyone be a fan of someone not willing to be randomly tested? Phuck anybody who says Floyd should fight this clown anyway cause if he should then Barry Bonds is the homerun king. Manny's little monkey ass needs to man up and take the test or retire. I would agree with your general point. I think overall Mosley deserves it but I'm basing that on hard work and the road he took to get there.

I framed my point around whether or not as some posters had suggested, that Mayweather should have gotten the nod. A lot goes into the thought process of these writers and it wasn't a closely contested vote in favor of Pac.

Mayweather who came in second, the writers probably asked themselves a simple question... since 2005 to present, half a decade...what ranked opposition within the welterweight division did Mayweather fight and then they critiqued his opposition and voted accordingly.
