Every thread I see is either praising Pacquiao and bashing Mayweather or praising Mayweather and bashing Pacquiao. In my opinion, both deserve respect for stepping up to the plate and taking on a tough challenge. I'm not gonna try to discredit either. I'm not gonna compare who's a tougher challenge between Clottey and Mosley because both are beasts in there. While you may have wanted to give Mayweather **** before, he did say he came back to fight the best, and Mosley is certainly up there. Pacquiao shouldn't be trash talked either about weight draining people and this and that. Every fighter agrees to terms before a fight so there should be no excuse. Bottom line, they're the ones who get in the ring. Not you, not me and none of these journalists and reporters who act like they know what is to be a professional boxer when they have no clue. Give props to both and let's hope for a showdown between the two later on this year because, bottom line. They both want it.
Can't we have some level headed thinking?

They are both good fights.
Clottey v Pac is getting no hype in the USA because.... quite frankly... A Ghanian v Philippino won't inspire that much interest.
Mayweather v Mosely however is a true, true Super Fight in every sense of the word.Comment

Very true. Both should be great, but I imagine Mayweather-Mosley to get more exposure, at least in the US.Comment

Can't happen.

i agree...i've found myself defending floyd a lot more than i think i should...even tho i think i've done it in a logical way...i do question why i even need to address certain issues that go so far against my own logic...it's not even logical to do that continuously...especially since i go in thinking i can come out with a different result against people who have never shown any inconsistencies in their own state of mind...it's pure insanity on my own behalf...Comment

Amen to that. Both are excellent fighters, I don't see why some fans of Pac/Mayweather feel like they have to tear down the other guy. Some of the anger probably has to do with the fact that the superfight fell through and there is a lot of finger pointing going around. I hope they step in the ring together in late 2010, it would be awesome.Comment

We all get caught up in bull**** around here. There so many jerkoffs on here that you're not gonna change how they think. I just try to make my point and get out without getting dragged into some bull**** argument.i agree...i've found myself defending floyd a lot more than i think i should...even tho i think i've done it in a logical way...i do question why i even need to address certain issues that go so far against my own logic...it's not even logical to do that continuously...especially since i go in thinking i can come out with a different result against people who have never shown any inconsistencies in their own state of mind...it's pure insanity on my own behalf...Comment
