Anyone want to join the Khan Kartel?

    Olympic Silver medalist at 17.

    WBA Belt holder at 22.

Yes he is chinny, but atleast he realsied that and has hired a better trainer to help him improve, and there are signs that he has improved on his footwork and guard.

The lost in a way was a good thing for him, and atleast he has come back rather than walk away.

Yes he has flaws, every boxer does, but to leave Frank Warren and want to have the bigger anmes by joining GBP, we could have some great fights.

Khan does not have a great resume and is now 23. I would like him to start getting names and prime fighter by 25. Ortiz will defintiely be a fight I would like to see.

At 27 I would hope that he faces and beats other title holders. This is a long shot but the kid has some skills and has always been hungry.

It is time for Khan to prove himself to the world and boxing fans.

First stop is Marquez. Tough test for any young fighter for sure.

If you hate on him, then no problem, please discuss. If you are a fan and want him to do well, or dislike him and want him to pove you wrong, then join the team.

I would be cheerleading for the 'cartel' had he have fought his mandatory and given the fans what they want. Instead, he's continuing to be a weak little promoter's puppet and going for older, smaller men just for the sake of name value and 'conquering the States'.

Call me fickle, a traitor, bandwagoner or whatever, I've reached the end of my tether with the young lad. I've defended him from all corners and sides amongst all the hate, yet he goes and ducks his first dangerous challenger to fight a struggling lightweight champion instead.

I hope Marquez teaches him a lesson. WARquez!

Barrera win was very contreversal I agree. A rematch would not have looked good, bad stoppage, but Khan showed signs that he was going to win it for me.

Kotelnik was the champ. He took Maidana's shots and beat him. The guy couldn't deal with the speed, but is tough as anything. I hold that as a good win.

          JMM
is a little too old to be prime, and at 140 I expect Khan to win a good fight. Not as easy as Floyd, but most defintiely win. The weight is abit too high for JMM IMO opinion, but you never know because Khan will get hit.

The other opponents at 140, the hottest division today.

Campbell. A hungry guy who beat Juan Diaz. He has been in there with Bradley etc and is a good fighter. Older now but he has been bank rupted and leaving DK will hopefully give him more motivation.

Hatton KO'd badly by Pac. He is hungry to come abck, almost as much as he likes his burgers. He is embarassed about that fight and also upset at the way things went with Floyd senior. He wants a last fight, and if Khan wins, then there's a big chance of this happening in England because both are promoted by GBP.

Ortiz another fighter that is young. He has power and is exciting, but he couldn't take out a man in maidana. Ortiz got very emotional and took a beating, but he is damn dangerous for anyone who can't take power. Very exciting and the mexicans will love him when he's prime I feel. Even thoguh he lsot to Maidnaa, I respect the way he fought until he started getting ebat. He came back strong in his last fight.

Maidana Over 90% KO I beleive. He is a fighter that no one wants to face because he does not get the paydays. I feel he is limited and can be outboxed, but you need to be someone who rarely gets dropped, if ever. I will have to be honest and admit that Khan has ducked this fight, although I also feel that Khan would have won a UD, while with JMM, it's still a damn tough fight.

Alexander he another champ, young and looks athletic. I havent seen much of him, but he's a low pay high risk kind of fighter to me. Beat Witter to take the belt in the eliminator.

Witter slightly old now, but only beaten by good fighters. Horrible style, but not easy for anyone. Slowed down abit so I feel not worth a fight. Lost to a prime Judah and helped create Bradley in his first win.

Judah said he is willing to fight Khan. The guy is faster and has more power. A bit of a loose canon and you never know who will turn up, but he's a good name IMO. Fought all the top at 147.

Malliagi **** talker. Crazy hair. I'm not a fan of him but he can teach a boxing lessen to most fighters up to B+ level. Fast, good footwork but weak. He is however damn tough and took shots from Hatton and Cotto.

Torres. Tough puncher. Cotto struggled and I think he beat Holt once and lost by a brutal KO after. ]

Holt the guy hits hard as a mule, he doesn't alwats connect or show accuracy, but war it with him,. and you can lose by KO. He's a good 6 round fighter

          AND

BRADLEY One of my favourtaie fighters. Beaten some good names and works hard as Pac and Floyd. He is dedicated to the sport, and looks like a ninja turtle. I use to watch the cartoon and loved them BTW lol.

Bradley is the man to beat at 140 to me. He is fast, quite accurate and has good movement. Slightly lacking in power, perhaps becuase his lower body is skinnier.

Yes I recall you previously defending him a few times.

The fact that he has ducked Maidana has saddened me, but I honestly feel he would have won. I still want the match to happen however. This ducking has caused him to look bad, and I personally hate duckers.

JMM even at 140 for him is a tough fight. Khan is at B- level at best now. Marquez at 140 is about the same IMO. His last weight was 142 and he looked bad, but I feel he won't go in trying to be too high at 140 IMO.

I wish that Khan does face most of the top guys by 25 and then the very best by 27.

I'm a Khan fan and like to see him do well. But the problem Khan has is that he gets overconfident. I think this overconfidence is something that will eventually end his career.

Khan has many great assets, but when you watch him fight he doesn't have that spark of genius that other fighters have. For example, when you watch Roy Jones, Mayweather, Hopkins and of course Pacquiao fight you can see that they all have something special that sets them apart from other fighters. I don't see that in Khan.

Khan seems like a fighter who can stick to a gameplan, but to be a truly elite level fighter you need more than that. I just don't see him ever making it on the elite level.
