Don't get it twisted, he's signing that contract. The only reason he's taking so long is because he wasn't counting on the negotiations being so easy. He was hoping that there would be something that he and Shane could agree on so he can pull out and blame Shane for it. Now he's stalling because he's trying to figure out another way out without making him look like a *****.
