I wonder where they'll match him now? Surely they wouldn't take the risk of another shot in case he won? But if he keeps getting the wins. I still can't believe he got to win his belt straight back again after Roy. Though they probably had Rahman down to do the job.
It was a lucky punch or you think Tua is a lucky punch fighter??
And you have to admitt Ruiz wouldn't stand a chance with a younger Holyfield. Not even a prime Holyfield just a younger one.
Look at history becuase its plain as day. After 1996 fluke loss to Tua lucky punch, Ruiz takes lemons and makes lemonade. He goes on to become world champion and defeat fighters like Holyfield, Johnson, Oquendo, Golota, Tucker. After he loses to RJJ he comes back and beats Rahman for the belt again.
Guess what? He gonna do it again and win it back a 3rd time and I'm gonna be here to tell you I told you so!
Im not sure I would call Tua "Lucky Punch". He may not be the best fighter but he sure packs some power.
Back 1996 Tua was supposed to become a great fighter and this is during the days of Holyfield, Lewis, and Tyson. Almost 10 years later Tua is nowhere to be seen and its Ruiz who became champ. That is all anyone needs to know. Sometimes its courage and heart that gets you to the top.
