Cotto had to weigh 145 Pounds and apparently the 2 pounds didnt mean anything.

    So I ask.

Why the fuss about Floyd weighing 146 I mean the 2 Pounds meant nothing right?

This is why I get confused wondering if you're really fucking ****** or just purposely trying to be funny Burner. Floyd had no business picking on a LW in a WW fight period. That fight was a disgrace even before he did not make the catchweight limit. Come on lad. This is thread is rubbish.

Well it meant something enough for Roach and Team Pacquiao to make sure the fight wasnt at 147.

Please no preaching about How cotto came in at 146 against Clottey..serious please.

This isnt what thread about sir. But since you mentioned It. Lets go there. Hers your homework assingment. Name me a fighter that Floyd couldve signed to fight for July 19th that wouldve been a tune up bout that HBO PPV would approve.

          Thx.

            1 pound for cotto.

Plus cotto wasn't going up two weight classes.

Ultimately the 2 pounds for floyd, the ones he paid $600,000 dollars for, wouldn't have meant much, but I guess he just didn't want to lose weight, for whatever reasons. Or maybe he couldn't.

You do realize that the same JMM was Roachs first choice on March 13th but GBP demanded blood testing, right?

That means the same lightweight Mayweather picked on, Pacquiao would've fought. But he would never get any flack for that.

Instead Pacquiao is only fighting Top Rank fighters who require no blood tests

meanwhile GBP doesn't require these special drug tests for any other fighters.

I don't think the weight was a factor in the jmm fight. It was pure skill. But with that said son why you trolling NSB. You seem like a cool dude who knows about the sport. Why stoop to the level of those who don't know no better.

That has nothing to do with the topic at hand.

Bottom line : Pacquiao and Roach wanted to fight JMM on March 13th.

Would you have said Pacquiao was fighting the lightweight champ and picking on him ?
