A lot of fans forget this is a fight between two boxers. Two corners. They don't seem to believe Clottey or his corner can do anything against Pac\Roach.

Well this is a fight. Not a punching bag session. No one has been able to turn Clottey into a punching bag yet and I highly doubt Pac can or will.

For everytime Pac attacks, his attack will be nullified by Clottey defense and he'll get a lot of punishment and counters in return. You doubt it? Ask Judah or Margarito or even Cotto. They could throw all the punches they had in their arsenal, as powerful, fast or as many of them as they could and very very few got through to Clottey's body or head. And they got hit by very painful punches in return.

Corrales had a broken jaw, cut on both eyes, bleeding nose(both nostril), bleeding mouth. Judah had a cut on one eye, bleeding nose and mouth, swollen eyes. Cotto had bleeding nose and mouth, swollen eyes, Margarito had to be in the hospital for well over 10 hours, with among other things a busted ear.

All this damage to opponents and Clottey was unmarked. And somehow Pac is supposed to knock him out? Pac wasn't able to score clean knockouts over even the no-defense de la Hoya or Cotto(both were TKO with both fighters not even knocked down in the rounds they were stopped) and he's supposed to do that against the man with the second best defense in the welterweight division?

Pac will pay a very heavy price if he concentrates to Clottey's body because Clottey has very nice uppercuts, triple, quadruple left hooks and straight rights with very good timing and accuracy to counter that. Plus his defense to his body is really good as well.

Pac can win but not with a knockout as his main objective. Clottey truly is confident in his own abilities because he truly believes he's never lost a professional boxing fight. Pac or his team underrating him will be fatal and boxing fans especially Pac\Mayweather fans doing that will be very surprised at how the fight will turn out

That's what i been saying....Clottey can win this if his timing is down and he increases activity by 10-15%...........

Totally agree my man. He keeps discrediting Pacquiao's opponents, so if they are so ****, how can he be the best fighter in the world?

see why would roach say that honestly you should build the guy up, not criticize him it just makes a pacquiao win worthless if you keep saying someone is not that good, big deal if you beat a fighter that stinks honestly. To a true boxing fan everybody knows clottey is a threat but to a casual fan and they see this they think o boy he's just fighting some bum. Way not to sell a fight freddie roach geez. Allstar weekend who is promoting their fight MAYWEATHER while no sign of the pac camp arum or clottey in dallas and thats where there fighing horendous piece of promoting once again by Top Rank. Say what you want about mayweather but you have to admit he promotes fights to the highest level. I rerember at the jmm and mayweather weigh in i was just hyped to see him get punched in the head the way he was acting and shadow boxing he plays the role and we as fans soak it all up. Let's assume equal punching ability (as in knowing how to properly deliver a punch) who is most likely to punch harder and subsequently knock an oppoentn out, the lightweight or the heavyweight?

My point is that the increase in weight greatly attributes to the ability to knock people out. As you get heavier and continue to punch well, your punches could increase in power accordingly.

History would argue otherwise.
