What's wrong with cleaning up the division 1st? It will get more money with that instead of the TOP 2 guys going at it early.

Juanma was one his way to cleaning the division but making 122 was just taking too much out of him and he needed to move up to 126 for his sake.

its been said b4 and i'll say it again.... yes it will be a year and a half b4 we see these two fight, and from a monetary stance it makes perfect sense... build the fight up and create more buzz whiich makes u guys salivate waiting for the fight to be announced. these poeple know what they r doing

Both of these guys could take Juanma's title...

I've seen both of these guys(Concepcion & Santiago)fight & their match should be a good one since both are good fighters & have some pop in their punches..Arum already said that the winner of this fight get's Juanma next(even thou Arum does has a tendency of changing his plans) & Caballero get's Gamboa..Who ever wins out of Santiago & Concepcion has the potential to beat Juanma, so it's not like Juanma is going to get an easy opponent out of this...If it's Santiago the one to get Juanma next, it could become a territorial war since Juanma is from Caguas(actually Juncos which is in the outskirts of Caguas) & Mario Santiago is from Ponce(another major city in Puerto Rico)& even thou Juanma is the champion & the bigger name but Santiago has a good following in his hometown(Ponce) & Evangelista Cotto(Miguel Cotto's uncle) which is from Caguas works the corner & trains Santiago..And of course We know that Arum is going to be cheering for Concepcion, being that he's a Top Rank fighter & Santiago recently signed with Golden Boy(Hopefully Santiago doesn't get that first fight with Golden Boy jinx)

Santiago wins , should be all pr matchup on the undercard of cotto fight.as far as concepcion , would be ok matchup as well.but just think for more hype , Santiago brings more to the table if they trying to do it at eve of pr parade.
