You're right about that. Then how the hell is JMM gonna get that fourth belt then? He should have to fight Bradley for it. So should Morales. I know it sounds harsh but such a prestigious reward should come with the obstacle.

I mean, I know JMM's track record but, he looked slow as hell at 142 regardles he was fighting Floyd or not. Khan is just as fast if not faster with his hand and feet than Floyd. He doesnt have the counterpunching, but he have the workrate and movement to stay away from JMM. Dude is 5' 10" with a huge reach advantage over JMM. Plus the style contrast would be the same as Mayether. JMM will wait for Khan to commit or throw and Khan will just potshot him once or twice per round and win the fight like that. Without taking risks

I think this is a well picked fight for Khan, so he doesnt look bad ducking Maidana. He fights a well known and respected guy, who people will think would beat him. But in reality JMM has no bussines fighting above 130-135

Great post, I also think this is a well picked fight for Khan by GBP so no one would complain about him not fighting Maidana, The truth is Khan has alot of physical advantages over JMM and i would actually make him the favourite, The only advantage JMM seem to have is the knowledge and experience which he carries over Khan.

Khan, Roach, Golden Boy... All bamas! Seriously. Nobody gives a **** about Amir Khan here. I fnd it hard to believe that that many people give a **** about him in the U.K. Now he's with Golden Boy. Great! How are you supposed to be this great fighter but you duck Marcos Maidana! And we all know Floyd won't fight him so they need to put an end to that noise. His next opponent is Zab? A guy past his prime who hasn't faught in a year.( who fights at 147 for the past couple) Awesome. Totally avoid everyone in the top 10. I think Khan is a decent fighter. Iv'e seen atleast 6 or more of his fights. But where he is anything to get a fight with an over the hill and blown up Marquez is beyond me. The Ring Magazine rates Khan as the number 2 140 pounder in the world. Hmmm, that makes sense. He has beaten a way past his prime Marco Antonio Barera at 135, shut out a top ten guy in Kotelnik, and KO'D a guy who isn't a world class fighter at all in Dmitri Salita. Do I need to say anymore?

They are trying to build him up, without facing any threats. I mean, they chose a old, smaller, shorter fighter than the guy people think he should fight to prove himself.

skill-wise, khan is nothing compared to marquez.
but consider khan's size--he is 5'10" and come fight night he could be more than 10lb heavier. khan will be faster too. and i don't think marquez can hurt him.
