    According to Golden Boy Promotions CEO Richard Schaefer, WBA junior welterweight champion Amir Khan may defend his title against Juan Manuel Marquez on May 15 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Khan recently signed a promotional deal with Golden Boy. BoxingScene.com broke the news weeks ago regarding a deal on the table for a Marquez-Khan fight.                 GBP are dumb if they put these fights together. Zab is far too big of a risk for Khan with very little reward, even if they think its just a tuneup. One really interesting thing is Khan's name. I almost want to see his draw more then see his fight. Will he be the star in the US that he thinks he will be? Some say yes and some say Hell NO. Either way, he wont be ready for Floyd in 3 fights, e****ally with those 2 opponents

                  no way in hell the marquez fight happens, it is too risky. they should put him in with malignaggi or maidana only two possible fights imo

                    I'll believe it when I see it (Judah at 140, he was supposed to fight whatshisface at 140, but came in at 144 for the undercard of Jones Calzaghe)
