De La Hoya has went on record in the process of this fight being negotiated that a Mayweather-Pac fight is a must, but he is dead silent about a potential Mosley-Pac fight. What does this tell you? I know what you're gonna say. Money just has more clout in the financial dept than Mosley does.

Just because there's a rematch clause in this fight doesn't mean that there will automatically be a rematch. It's a similar situation to Pac-JMM 2. Pac was the one who had the rematch option but fought David Diaz instead. Floyd to my knowledge, is the one who excercised the rematch claus unless I've got my facts wrong. And sure I think Clottey cannot win a decision against Pac. But that's a different fight.

The rematch is immediate. GBP put the rematch clause in there to prevent Shane from fighting Pac if he beat Mayweather.

A lot of people are sick of Floyd's act, just like they were sick of Larry Holmes and didn't want to see him break Marciano's record.

Holmes didn't lose to Michael Spinks, but history says he did.
