Mayweather will decision him close; 115-113, 116-112, somewhere in that area. It will be a tough fight for Floyd kinda like De La Hoya.

True! Floyd is scared to death of anyone he thinks who can beat him. He was only forced to do it against Shane because Moseley-Berto did not pushthru. If he refuses to fight Shane then it will truly prove that he is the biggest yellow below on earth.

With the trainer Mosley has , Mayweather will feel murdered when the fight is done ! Mosley should tear Mayweather a new ass !! I hope he takes Mayweather out in the last round.. A good even fight until the 8th then Mosley beginning to take the fight to Mayweather , the body attack slowing down the boy, the massive left hooks and wicked right hand putting him on his back.

Mayweathers prayer is that Mosley gets real old between now and then.

Its gonna be good bye Mayweather !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Haha..so many enthusiasts want to see mayweather get that 1st L. Who was the last elite boxer i.e. ring technician that mosely has beaten?? (and I like shane as a figther)..Margarito?? (pls dude can't spell defense)..mayorga?? (I dont even need to elaborate)..vargas?? (homie was washed up @ 27 & was always a toe 2 toe slugger). The FACT is shane has had his problems with fighters who were technically sound whether it was oscar (esp the 2nd fight), bro vernon (r.i.p.) or wink (who was both too big & too skilled). Hell, even cotto (of all people) outboxed him down the stretch. Geah, he got on his bike a few rds but I also saw him out-jabbing shane & beating him to the punch (saaay whaaat). Cotto was & is FAR from being an elite ring tactician. He had improved his boxing skills somewhat but his mindset was always seek & destroy..walk his man down & win by attrition. This is an intriguing match up but I feel the area where floyd ultimately prevails is his ability to make in ring adjustments during a fight. You gotta have a plan a, b & c. In my opinion, shane shouldve been able to fig out a way to best cotto but he came up short. Mayweather's not gonna be there to tee up on like vargas or margarito. 4get who's got the faster hands or the most power or who's more fit b/c love him or hate him..mayweather is a natural in that ring. Love or hate floyd sr or uncle roger..they helped sculpt the slickest fighter this side of sweet pea & dude is virtually a boxing prodigy. The most elite fighters in history be it ali, ray robinson or ray leonard (for example) found ways to win difficult bouts or come back from defeat to avenge a loss. Shane couldn't fig out forest or winky..and he couldnt fig out cotto. Oscar gassed out in the 1st fight & mosely got a bit of a gift in the rubber match. I simply dont think he'll be able to fig. out mayweather & that's not hate or bias..just using the facts to analyze the bout.

Mayweather hasn't signed yet, he's asking that Mosley submit random drug tests in between rounds, he decides which rounds...that makes it random.

good mang i can't say com-on mang you make good point's but let's hit on some other point's which is when had mayweather really had to find a way to he fight's guy's smaller or slower no one i ever said wow he has a shot to lose (i will give him de le hoya i don't think he was the same de le hoya that shane was in with but i did feel it would be a good test and he pass it)with that being said floyd would not have been in the ring with any of the fighter shane lost to not even young cotto before the mexie wraps (lol)here is his resume at ww

                    2009:

-UD Juan Manuel Marquez (2-division jump UP for JMM, Floyd doesn’t make weight)

                    2008: INACTIVE

                    2007:

-KO 10 Ricky Hatton (Jr. Welterweight champ fighting at welterweight, only other welterweight fight he went life and death with Luiz Collazo)

-SD Oscar De La Hoya (Moved up for big $, solid win, nothing spectacular)

                    2006:

-UD Carlos Baldomir (On 15 occasions, Carlos got in the ring and did not win)

-UD Zab Judah (Record as welterweight: 7-5-1)

                    2005:

-KO 6 Sharmba Mitchell (Record as welterweight: 2-3)

-KO 6 Arturo Gatti (We love Gatti, but come on)

-KO 8 Henry Bruseles (Previous fight was a Draw against Ener Julio)

                    2004:

-UD Demarcus Corley (Lost his previous fight)

                    2003:

-TKO 7 Philip N’Dou (N’Dou’s best opponent to that point was Cassius Baloyi)

-UD Victoiano Sosa (2 fights prior Sosa drew with someone named Lamar Murphy)

                    2002:

-UD Jose Luis Castillo (Won a narrow decision against an excellent fighter)
now i'll say it com-on mang

                      This was Dougie Fischer's response to a Mayweather fanboy who had claimed May to be the greatest thing since sliced bread;

You have a warped take on recent history, Tommy. There was no huge public demand for Mayweather to fight Baldomir or Hatton. Prior to the De La Hoya fight, Floyd was only known by hardcore fans and the diehards wanted him to fight badass welterweights like Margarito and Cotto. No one gave a rat’s ass about Baldomir (who was just a Zab Judah creation) and PPV numbers to this fight support my claim. If you can find more than five credible boxing writers who thought Baldomir had a chance in hell to beat Mayweather I’ll mail you a $100 bill.

Post-De La Hoya nobody cared to see Mayweather defend the welterweight title against Hatton, a guy who went life and death with Luis Collazo at welterweight and who looked ordinary in out-pointing Juan Urango at 140 pounds. I’ll say this about the Hatton fight, at least the Brit’s popularity and HBO’s 24/7 series made for an event that helped to further Mayweather’s crossover celebrity that began with the De La Hoya fight.

However, Mayweather “retired” rather than face the media’s and the public’s demand to fight the winner of Cotto-Margarito. And he fought the 36-year-old lightweight champ when he decided to come back.

It’s funny. Before he fought De La Hoya, Mayweather claimed that Goldie only fought smaller and older fighters on his way up. Now look what Mayweather does while on top of the proverbial mountain. At least the next “old man” Mayweather faces is a real welterweight.

You might be right about Mayweather’s chances vs. Mosley, Pacquiao and P-Will, but we’ll never know until he fights them. One fight at a time, kid. Let’s see what happens on May 1.

Your thoughts on Mayweather vs. the Greats are absolutely ridiculous and unfounded. Thank you for being honest about not knowing much about Burley. Now be honest about Armstrong and Gavilan and admit that you’ve never seen a complete fight of either all-time great. And if you have, you don’t know what you’re looking at.
