All talk. I remember Floyd challenging Pacquiao to call him out, which he did. All Floyd needed to do was to sign.

Floyd is all talk. He can`t fool all people all the time.

No, all Manny needed to do was accept 14 days... Floyd accepted all the stuff Manny demanded, Floyd wanted random blood tests... Manny wanted them 30 days before the fight Floyd wanted them anytime before the fight, so he improvised and offered 14 days inbetween, which Manny rejected. Your acting like Manny signed a contract and Floyd didn't, that never happened. Both were to blame to a certain extent.

Anyway, I will believe it when its signed and official... but I think the fight is near enough to be on, I don't think Floyd would say its on May 1st if he isn't going to fight him. Still though I wanna wait and see for the official announcement.

All Floyd needed to do was accept the rules of the Nevada State Commission and professional boxing`s rules, whom Floyd and all other boxers had been complying with all these decades.

Floyd never needed to change or invent his own rules. And Pacquiao is not Floyd`s slave, Pacquiao is the welterweight champion and P4P #1.

What does he demand next, make his pain-killing juice legal in Dallas?

Not when Mayweather "CALLED PACQUIAO out saying he would beat him easily, that if he knocked out pacquiao dont be Suprised, he's da greatest blah blah blah, downgrading pacquiaos last wins, and also ducking other welterweights."
the fight was basically in the bag until mayweather wanted to do something that isn't even IN THE RULES of boxing and if it isn't in the rules you dont have to do it. Getting blood drawn may need to be done in boxing, but it isn't in the rules so pacquiao doesn't have to do it, and he said if the commission made it the rules he would do it openly. They didn't so Pacquiao doesn't have to do it. SO its easy to see Mayweather made the fight go down hill. Alll he had to do was go with the regular drug testing. Trying to make Pacquiao look like a steriod user with your evidence saying "HE TOOK COTTO'S BEST PUNCHES AND IT DIDN'T EFFECT HIM" is bull****. He should just retire but the IRS got him fighting again.

Why are people going on as if the blood test wasn't a request from day one...as if Mayweather randomly added it at some point. It was there from day one and Roach and Koncz said they found it funny and didn't care! There is video proof of this can we please all at least just get that fact straight.
