Champions Wladimir and Vitali Klitschko remain at the top, but other faces were either promoted or demoted in the division’s rankings. Also, we witnessed the arrival of former light heavyweight and cruiserweight champion Tomasz Adamek, who stopped veteran Andrew Golota in his first heavyweight win. Old faces returned such as Shannon Briggs and David Tua, although Briggs is currently suspended since he tested positive for a banned substance in his return bout against Marcus McGee on December 3rd. In all fairness to the article six of the ten heavyweights in the top ten on the list are not Americans and two out of the four honorable mentions are also not American. So, how can it be that the writer can't see past the US borders? And many of the fighters you mentioned have three to five fights so who's radar should they be on? After all there are no American's on the list with so few fights so your not being very fair to the writer of the article.

2010: Year of the Tua.

This year David Tua will make an assault on the heavyweight division and by the end of it will be in a position to challenge for a world title.
I cant see him defeating Wladimir Klitschko anytime soon but the other two belts are for the taking. David Haye has nothing on Tua but movement. He wouldnt get away with what he did to Valuev, Tua is too smart and fast for that. Vitali is getting on a bit, i dont see him making any defenses after 2010 so who knows who'll have the belt by then.
