WTF are you talking about?? The bottom line is all Mayweather fans can do is talk about what he would've done if he faced the top guys. You guys can never talk about what he DID when it comes to the welters. According to Mayweather fans, no fighter has a chance of beating him, so why even bother make the fights?? Just let that monkey retire so boxing can get back to business. Cotto doesn't call fighters out. Never has, never will. He always says, "I let my promotional company handle it." Cotto NEVER got on TV hollering about, "I want Manny Pacquiao!" or "Give me Clottey!" That's not his personality. Pacquiao never called May out either but somehow that fight made it to negotiations. Margs called May out IN PERSON. That fight never happened. Calling Mayweather out doesn't matter then does it? Nope. It is what it is.

naw mosley ducked floyd in a sense of knowing he got a bigger fight and payday if he fights oscar, and if he wouldve lost or won he steal got the biggest pay of his life at the time if not ever, but reason he so called ducked floyd is because floyd was a yound lion hungry for respect and mosley new buy loosing that fight would tarnish his record at the time when he was undefeated was important and it wouldve lowered his value as a fighter as it did for along time after his first lost to forest. so yeah mosley did duck floyd first in away. thats my opinion.

Round 4? That was a CLEAR Cotto round imo ... Same in round 6 as well. (don't remember round 8 atm) I think you need to rewatch the fight lol. Cotto was frustrating Mosley like hell.

I said in my post that Cotto clearly won both those rounds, so what's your point? This was what I wrote in my post:

In terms of rounds, Cotto clearly won rounds 1, 4, 6, and 8. Mosley clearly won rounds 2, 10, and 12. The other 5 rounds were all very close and could be scored either way. That means a score in favour of either fighter is perfectly legitimate.

As I said, almost all boxing experts said at the time that it was extremely close and could legitimately have been scored either way. You're entitled to your opinion that they were wrong, but that just means you're scoring most of the close rounds to Cotto. Many people scored the close rounds differently from you, and their opinions are at least as valid as yours are (I say "at least as valid" because most experts scored at least some of the close rounds to Mosley). But everyone scored rounds 1, 4, 6, and 8 clearly to Cotto, those rounds are not in dispute.

To call moving up two divisions and fighting the P4P #1 a duck is just ridiculous, however you spin it. That's just a ****** claim. Plus Mosley was having a lot of trouble making 135 by then, and needed to move up in order not to be weight drained; whereas Floyd was still fighting at 130 back then, so he wasn't even ranked at Lightweight at that time.

This marks the beginning and is a great first step in the right direction for Mayweather. Mosley will be competitive but in the end I think Floyd wins on youth and natural ability, having said that this must simply be a first step and it cannot end with Mosley. Mosley is a great challenge for anyone but Floyd must take further steps after this only taking on the elite fighters in and around 147-154, anything less than that level of competition and he will be right back to where he started as far as public opinion goes. In any event, great first step for Mayweather.

floyd mayweather is still a chump for waiting until shane mosley is almost 40 years old..but finally shane mosley gets his chance to show the world what he really has left..should be a good fight but if shane mosley were still 32 i would pick him big time to knock out the pretty boy mayweather but now this fight should be very good still i'm going for the great one shane mosley himself to play spoiler and stop floyd mayweather in the later rounds
