Corrales - Castillo II on PPV?

it's nothing official, but im thinking, i would gladly pay 49.95 for a rematch.

this can easily be marketed right, even though these are not household names, it's already being called the greatest fight of all time.

to put it in perspective, keep in mind there was NO "feeling out" round. there was NO round the fighters took off to rest.

EVERY round had the commentators dropping lines like "amazing action", "unbelievable", "great first round", then second round "this round was even better than the first!"...there was similar quotes in every round.

jim gray in the post fight interview with corrales him telling him this is THE best fight he's ever seen, not ONE of, but THE best fight he's ever seen.

and the best quote was something along the lines of "this is one of the best fights thats ever taken place on showtime boxing...and hagler-hearns took place here!", and that was BEFORE the amazing 10th round!

i just feel these fighters gave so much that they deserve a nice payday to do it again. these aren't new fighters, they've put in work with some of the best over the years. it was crazy.

I would pay for a rematch...

      There will be a trilogy

I hope they can have the fight in Chicos hometown so I can watch the fight live

I will most likely go to Vegas for the rematch if I had to!

These guys do deserve a big pay check, bigger than any heavyweight fight...

When they were pimping that Tyson PPV after the match I just glanced up and thought it said "Shambra Mitchell vs Laila Ali".

My first reaction was, "****! Tszyu didn't own him *that* badly!"

If there's a rematch, it's a guaranteed PPV event. There's not a promotor or network in boxing that would air another fight between these two guys for free.

By the way, I was at the lake last night during this fight, and planned on watching it today when I got back, only to find that TiVo only recorded through the first 6 rounds before stopping. What ****ing moron designed this ****, anyway? This is like the 6th time this has happened on important fights and I've had to find the results of the match elsewhere.

They will probably put on PPV. But who cares go to a bar that shows the fights or download the fight next day from this website or somebody you know. Those guys Castillo and Corrales deserve a Pay-per-view payday for the way they left in all in the ring last night. Castillo and Corrales deserve the big money because they set an example on how boxing should be done. That smug woman beating jagoff Floyd Mayweather Jr should take lessons.

No doubt i would pay for the rematch even if it doesnt live up to the billing of the first.

yeah i was thinking that last night. the whole card schedule time was from 9pm - 11pm, but everything finished until like 11:20, so my tivo stopped recording right when the 6th round finished, and i had to start recording again, and im just thinking how i wouldve been pissed if i wasnt home an di wouldve missed the rest.

i guess they figured the fight wouldn't go past 5 rounds.
