Why is Manny Pacquiao the only fighter who gets "sparring updates"

Who cares wheather or not Pacquiao beat up a ***** sparring partner Mark Vester. If anybody else beat up a sparring partner would you have written an article about it?

To answer your question is that I think he is only the few that open with there preparation... A lot of fighters nowadays are not open to that... They don't like to talk about, they want no info leaking out, no gameplan, no camera, no footage, a lot of fighters want to make it private... Pac and Roach IMO are OK with letting the public know what they working on, how they look on sparring, the preparation they are doing... Is in the old times where Joe Louis would have this big crowds and cameras showing him sparring same thing Ali... Over time fighters however became more secretive. But, in Pac and Roach sense they are more open to letting info get out....

I really think Pac needs to be a bit more secretive about his training. For all Pac knows, PBF is probably disguised in the corner of the gym somewhere taking tips.
Pac should be a bit more careful. When is PBF ever so open and accomodating? PBF dont even spar for all we know. Never see him thats for sure.

I many top fights this type of level sparring yet refuse to have cameras there or leak the info out there? No top fighters nowadays want to give out no secrets... But, Pac and Roach are taking a different approach and pretty much invites reporters and cameras to their workout... You don't think when reporters were reporting on Ali, Louis, Robinson, etc they won't sparring with low level fighters?

secretiveness about gameplans is really all mind games and reflective of each fighter's personality.

Floyd likes his mind games and is like a magician in the ring. you see the same trick more than once and it loses it's effect and becomes useless. so floyd is really secretive about sparring.

Pacquiao however is an open guy who wears his heart on his sleeve and is like a bullet train in the ring. You know exactly where he's going and what he's gonna do the entire time but there's nothing you can do to stop it so it really doesnt matter how much sparring footage of him is out there.
