I think it is a fantastic idea. Miguel really need to change up his style some. Especially work on clinching and defending the uppercut. He needs to use his right hand more in everyday life and work on throwing it with some more conviction. His moving straight back and trying to learn to keep the fight in the center of the ring. His jab is tremendous and needs to be incorporated into his arsenal. I love watching Miguel Cotto fight his matches truly excite me. I would love to see him get a better corner improve and be back on top....Lefty

Couldn't have said it better. However, Miguel seems to be hard headed at times. I wonder if he can find somebody that will convince him to actually listen. Even before Santiago, there were fights in which Miguel clearly ignored his corner's advice.

Miguel would have been better with a guy like Brother Naazim, who would help him defensivly, and would work on conserving energy, and actually giving real tactical advice in the corner, other than the "we;re here with you, he has no right hand" bull**** I heard in his corner in his last two fights. Also he needs to stop bending forward, on an elite level that will get you a bloody face or a KO loss.
