He didn't agree to take it because
    1) he didn't want to have blood, ANY AMOUNT OF BLOOD to be taken from him within 24 days before fight night
    2) it was useless and outdated anyway
    3) urine is more than enough to test for roids
    4) unlike blood which a fighter cannot be expected to give EVERYDAY up to fight night, its normal for a person to pee at least twice a day and thus allow them to be tested accordingly.

Its interesting that you would question manny for avoiding a test WHICH HAS BEEN PROVEN TO BE USELESS at detecting hgh in atheletes.

Yet ignore the fact that he agreed to take random urine tests which can actually detect HGH.

I agree with you 100%. But the sad truth is that there are many who believe the direct opposite.

I love that you said catched instead of caught, it was good for a chuckle.. The cream and the Clear that Mosely was using was the primo undetectable shiznit at the time, lots of tests would have missed that. I do think boxing should use random testing, but i don't think they'll ever catch Manny unless Manny is actually cheating....

They should also test Bobby Pacquiao.....his wins over Carlos Hernandez and Navarro are suspect.

The more recent methods of detecting HGH are now through URINE.

You obviously don't listen to the clip you just linked. According to CONTE HIMSELF, it takes at least A DAY for creams and such to hide the presence of EPO and the like.

What Manny was more than willing to do was DAILY URINE TESTS UP TO THE FIGHT NIGHT. That means even more than one test per day.

That would give no time for them to cover up for any drug or roid use and would be even better than RANDOM TESTING because if they are tested more than once DAILY, then there would be absolutely no time for them to taper off the roids.
Awesome logic here that has to be seen and understood! REP!

cotto was not forced to weigh 145lbs, he agreed to it...secondly, cotto's natural official weight average in his past few fights is 146 pounds day before the fight, which is only 1 pound...day after the fight we all know cotto weighed-in atleast in the 150's range, while manny remained in the mid 140's

manny is now fighting in his comfort zone weight of mid 140;s...as a true real welterweight, not someone going into a fight weighing 10+ lbs, 15+ lbs, and as much as 20lbs over the division limit like just every other boxer out there

for those of you who question manny's fear of having his blood drawn...if you watched/saw the video clip of manny having his physical for the hatton fight...you will see that he went into the physical without his sunglasses, but when it was time to have his blood drawn, he had his sunglasses on...if you ask me, having put his sunglasses during the blood drawn, shows me that the fear alot of people question is pretty much legitamit
