Mayweather by decision...Shane's age will show in the fight...he's flat footed and doesn't look good anymore unless his opponent stands right in front of him...

Shane and Cotto went to war and late Cotto was outboxing him and moving and Shane couldn't do much about it...

He looked confused in there with Mayorga at times...Floyd will frustrate him even more...

Unless Shane can manhandle Floyd and bully him around the ring, he aint winning this fight...

Really? I think that the people voting for Mosley puts too much on emphasis on his last fight and not enough on his struggles with Mayorga and Cotto.

Let me know if you want to bet

I just can't see floyd KOing or TKO'ing Shane, no one has yet...
Shane couldn't outbox cotto, (granted that was a great cotto that night) If i had to put money on it, it'd be floyd UD, barring any sort of floyd breaking his hand situation or whatnot, i don't see shane winning this.

Does mosely have a punchers chance?

I totally understand why Mayweather is the logical favorite to win this fight.

Against Mayorga I thought Mayorga fought a very spoiler-ish fight, 1 or 2 punches then clinch, the fight was at 154, Mosley has never really looked great at 154, Mayorga had like a 10 pound weight advantage and Mosley fought with blisters on his foot, blisters are a pain to walk with much less fight with.

Against Cotto I felt that Mosley didn't fight the fight to the best of his ability, I've always felt that there was room for improvement there in that fight.

I do think Mosley is past his prime, he isn't as quick as he once was and his reflexes aren't as good now but I don't think he's slipped that far yet. Richardson is the X factor in this fight IMO, which is the same thing I said before the Margarito fight, he seems very good at accentuating a fighter's positives while minimizing the negatives while creating an effective gameplan for his fighters.

And I think Mayweather might be caught at the right time right now. Maybe he has slowed down a little bit after his near 2 year layoff, maybe I'm picking at straws here but I thought he looked a little slower against Marquez, plus the Marquez fight didn't really push him, 2 years off without going 12 hard rounds could come into play against Mosley.

Anyways, as I said, Mayweather is the logical favorite for sure but I have a feeling Mosley pulls this out.

I take Floyd by decision... I would have given Mosley no chance because even though he has physical gifts he ain't ring smart... but against Margarito he knew what to do, which punch at which time etc. Naazim is a great Coach but still... a great gameplan is one thing... you need the tools to execute it... Mosley ain't got that IMO... it's the first time for him that he fights a guy who is a good defensive fighter with movement (Winky doesn't really move)... I also think that Shane's power is overrated too... he needed about 50 straight right hands to knock Margarito out... if you a power puncher and can sit on the punches like he did and could against Margarito and you need about 50 straight rights you ain't a very hard puncher... he has a good punch but nothing that Floyd hasn't seen yet...

No KD's, No KO's for me in this one... competive first 6 rounds after that I'm expecting Mosley to fade a little and from then one it should be once more a beatiful display of Mayweather's craft...

i'm saying mayweather by UD...but honestly...and i know someone will say i'm crazy for this...but i think that floyd will try and hurt shane in this fight...despite peoples perception of floyd...i believe that he has wanted this fight for a long time...even back then when he was hungry...i really think he will try and go out to make a statement to both shane and his doubters...dlh was the last fight that we've seen floyd REALLY want...he really wanted this one more...floyd by UD...but i have a feeling that we will see a surprise...

Shane always has a punchers chance.

And with ****m in his corner he has a fighters chance.

                Floyd will win though.

I think Floyd take the first three rounds to adjust to Mosley and its over Mayweather wins every round after that.

Well except the last round where he taunts Mosley and invites him to try and knock him out.

I started having a similar gut feeling very recently, but I am not able to convince myself. I see a surprising amount of jabbing and lots of movement from Mayweather, unless as you say he turned old or something.

Me too, I think Mayweather will try to potshot and move against Mosley.

I know that Mosley has had trouble dealing with these things in the past but again, Richardson is the X factor here. Mosley was just fighting with that power boxing style that he had which was effective but somewhat 1 dimensional, wouldn't be surprised if Richardson works with Mosley on refining Mosley's technique when he's on the offensive.
