didnt really expect this...drummond if he comes in in shape he will definitely do better than he did against rossy. good fight for solis to get some more experience. ill take solis by late stoppage.

I wasn't familiar with Drumond, so I looked up his record. Carl is from Costa Rica. He's 26-2 with 20 knockouts. Doesn't sound bad, until you look a little closer. All but one of his first twenty-six fights were fought in his native country, an eight round UD in Hollywood, Fl. He's lost his last two bouts. One against Chagaev in Germany, and another against Rossy in the United States. The fight against Chagaev was stopped due to a cut Ruslan suffered from an accidental head-butt.
Drumond might be a decent fighter, but I'm always leery of the boxing records compiled by guys from countries with no real boxing heritage -- in their own country. Nonetheless, he's probably good enough to provide Solis with a good night's work. -
