You don't see him or anyone on his camp whining. They can't find an opponent is because they had no intention to fought anyone else, but Manny Pacquiao. They didn't showed any hints that they had a plan B when both teams started to negotiates. The only reasons why we started hearing rumors of him fighting some other boxers was because Bob Arum pulled the plug first, and didn't had any intention of renegotiating Floyd's last offer.
