As a Floyd fan would you rather Shane take a tune up in February or March?

And, your last sentence I call bull**** somehow Floyd nuthuggers start believing that **** when Floyd said it but that **** is not true... That is like saying Leonard did not want to fight Pryor or Robinson did not want to fight Burley... They time was never right for them to fight until 2007....

I think Shane thought about a tune up. But Im sure he also thought about training injuries, cuts or even losing. Not worth it. Shane is always in great shape anyway. No excuses.

Floyd has been calling Shane out for as long as I remember. Roger even said Floyd was ready for Oscar, Zu and Shane by his 10th pro fight.

I say it has that potential.....especially if it is announced soon......= big promotional window.....two all american stars....shane = mr nice guy, floyd = the villian.....

You going by what Roger is saying... If you look at the timing it was never right for them to fight... If Floyd was willing and was ready to fight Shane by his 10th pro fight... Then Floyd by his 10th pro fight should of moved up to 135 and start campaigning there and kind of force the issue with Shane...

SO you don't believe Shane will be a rusty for this fight?

Nah it won't do that much, from a hardcore boxing fan's point of view this is the match up we've been waiting for, for 10 years. From a media point of view its just another good fight. It will do over a million prob around 1.2 to 1.5 area which is still good numbers. But i could care less if no one else watches the fight i know i will be.
