Williams would drain himself to make the weight, he is 6 foot 2 with big shoulders he should be up at light middle at the very least! pacman would stop a weight weak williams in about 10 rounds. It would be similar to when the 6 foot corrales made 130 one last time, to fight mayweather and was a shell of him self cause he was that weak from makeing the weight

I think that if Pacquiao ever fought WIlliams and the fight was made at 147lbs. You have mentioned that Williams could drain down to 147lbs. This means that if Pacquiao was to beat WIlliams, he wouldnt get the crdit he deserved. People would say that Pacquiao has beaten a 'drained' Williams. In my opinion, Pacquiao would get full crdit in beating Williams if the fight was made at 154lbs.

So you actually think Pacman has a chance then.

Id pick Pac as of now because Williams struggles with Southpaws and sometimes he doesnt move nearly as fast as people think and Pac's speed would cause him alot of trouble

Being serious I think Pac has a shoot because of his speed and stamina but in the other hand Paul is so goddamn big for him. The weight difference at fight time will be too much for Pac to handle.
