Yeah, second thread about Tua today (sorry lol).

But I was wondering, why wasn't he able to accomplish more than he has? I think he has very underrated boxing skills and of course crushing natural power. Was he too short for heavyweights or what?

It's too late now, Unless Haye loses the plot and randomly gives Tua a fight, then he has no chance.

Klits would demo him, and I think even Haye beats him, although Tua has a solid chance.

He probably could of beaten Chagaev, and some of the other disgraces who had a title 3-4 years ago, like Peter.

he just needs David Haye to fight him
fat boy past prime still KO's Haye easily
too bad that fight won't happen
            Vitali would dominate Tua
Wlad would win but there's a slight chance Tua gets to his chin
but Haye's title is within Tua's reach

              Now?

Activity; getting rid of the ring rust and working up the rankings.

He's VERY driven and motivated right now, so he just needs to earn a mandatory slot.

I think even now, in fact especially now, he's a threat to the belt holders. His insane power and chin can give anyone a horrible night.

Speed was Tuas biggest enemy in his prime...David for as hard as he hit was not that fast....He also used poor defense a lot when fighting the distance costing him points and rounds....

Tua was always dangerous and you always wondered if his bout would end on the next puinch but he just lacked that little bit extra

I never thought of Haye vs Tua. I would love to see that fight happen because Tua would knock out David Tua, and that fight would give Tua some recognition which he deserves.
