Boxing like a game of chess....

The recent debacle between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather made me think that both parties are playing head games with each other and we are suffering a little bit because of it.

Do you think you know what the parties next move going be?.Can you anticipate their next move.

This are what I gather from this drama:

Top-rank now intruduced the return of Antonio Mrgarito: why is that?.He will be used by Top rank as bargaining chip with their negotiations...(Floyd Have to fight Margarito first before he can get to Pacquaio) C'mon folks there will never be a Pacquiao vs.Margarito.He is there to shield Pacman from Mayweather.

GBP is not really negotiating for the Shane Mosley vs. Floyd Mayweather fight.
They will announce another negotiation failure come weekend.
    Why?.
Floyd Mayweather does not want the WBC title on the line.is one ridiculous bargaining chip. It has to be for a belt for the "POT" to get higher.

    "unification" is the operative word.

Floyd Mayweather in very marketable with his "0" and Mosley may be able to give him "1".
I think If ever this fight get made Shane and GBP will become Floyd's bith*es from that moment on and Shane will lose the fight.

And Floyd would not want to fight outside of Nevada period.

What's your take on this folks.
Do you think you know their next move?.post.

I still can't grasp who thought combining the 2 would be a good idea, but it's actually played.

And in relation to the topic, I actually think Floyd will fight Mosley, as whilst his 0 is marketable, the win over Mosely gives Mayweather a big bargaining chip in the negotiations with Pac, which will resume later in the year.

And I don't think they are using Margarito like that, they are bringing him back so they can say they can fight Marg instead of Mayweather, a legit opponent, whilst Mayweather won't have too many opponents to chose from.

All tit for tat really, mind games and the like going down, so who knows what'll happen.

That's what I mean too to shield Pac from Floyd ..Margarito became the buffer.or another chip on the table.

Cool man, I thought you meant Floyd had to fight Margs first rather than just using him as a bargaining chip. As I don't think he'll get a fight with either tbh. It'll be interesting to see what happens with the rest of the negotiating and what'll happen with the random blood testing (which I think is pretty much mind games and marketing on Mayweathers side, even if it has blown up into a serious matter with everyone now talking about PED's and that). I'm sure they'll come up with a compromise and they'll fight.
