Which of Vitali's opponents since coming back has been the worst?

No offence to Vitali, but he really has fought some stinkers.

First up there was Sam "The Nigerian Statue" Peter, who thought that head movement was a rock band.

Then there was Gomez, he was ok i guess, apart from he was absoloute crap at heavyweight.

Then we had Cristobel "Walk into punches" Areolla, the less said the better.

And Finally Kevin "the safety pin" Johnson.

I feel sorry for big V, having to fight this sort of opponent, but out of all of them, who was the worst one?

In my opinion, it has to be his comeback fight agaianst Sam Peter. Man Samuel Peter was awful, overweight and couldnt box/fight at all. Yes kevin Johnson had no intention of going toe to toe with vitali but at leats he didnt just stand infront of him. Arreola came to fight, just wasnt good enough.

I watched the Peter/Klitschko fight again the other day, carefully studying Peter for any sign of movement, but I just couldn't find any.

Exactly. IF peters corner had told him that there would be a CHocolate Cake waiting for him if he KO's Vitali, you can bet that he would have come out allguns blazing.

Peter really pissed me off in that fight, do you think Vitali would of wanted to be in a tough fight, after 2-3 years off. nope.

But Peter basically allowed Vitali to shake off the rust by pounding on his immobile face!

Yes. Vitali was very pleased when he saw Peter in the first round. At least Cris Arreola came to fight, he was walking onto too mnay punches though. He was throwing then not putting his hands up. He really needs to work on his defence if he wants another World title shot.
