He messed up because he is asking something of Pac that really has no reason to be asking. If Pac had a history of doing steroids or cheating in any way, I would support his decision 100%. Since he does not and is asking this because of pure speculation, it makes him look like a real prick for this.

    Pacquiao

I think he is losing credibility because while I understand him not bending to what Mayweather and his uncle want him to do, if I was him, I would take the ****** test to prove him wrong. I can understand though him not wanting to because why should he be bullied into doing something that is disrespectful to him as a fighter and his integrity as a fighter.

    Finally....

I think in the end though, if this fight is not made it will be much worse for Mayweather. Us as fans don't really understand what happens behind closed doors and during negotiations. Sometimes we call people chickens or scared when in reality the handlers of the fighters are just doing what they see as best for their fighter but in the end, to have a great legacy you must fight everyone there is.

Mayweather does have a history not of running from opponents but picking and choosing who he will fight. What made DLH, Leonard, Hearns, Hagler, Chavez, Holyfield, Ali etc the great legends they were and are, is because they fought everyone.

Unless Mayweather wants to tarnish his legacy he needs to make this fight happen. If he doesn't, he will wear the black hat forever in the sport and that's something he doesn't want to happen. He may say he doesn't care but deep down inside he cares because of his incredibly large ego.

For the record, I think Mayweather beats Pac......so I don't have loyalty to either fighter, I just want to see the damn fight.

What is the difference between the 2 if there would still be unlimited urine testing between the cutoff date and fight night and a blood test immediately after the fight either way???

I know you idiots are going to say Pac is going to be on some **** that's undetectable in urine and only picked up by blood testing. If that's the case then why include urine testing in the clause at all since it's being deemed useless???
    greenk sent on great post.

Miguel Cotto? Cotto is great but unfortunately his team isn't great. And the Margarito fight took a lot out of him....
Last time I checked Oscar De La Hoya and Ricky Hatton was Floyd Mayweather's opponents too

Miguel Cotto had no trainer. Does that make his punches easy to handle?

He will be only known in Boxing History as a fighter who only never loss a fight... BUT only fought B&C class fighters and looked passed the toughest fights to fight the easy ones to secure his 0 on his record. LOL He thought retiring in his prime would secure his 0 longer. He only did this because he ran out of places to run. The only thing that brought him out of retirement was money issues and a fight with a blown up LW LOL ! Still he is in the same position and there is no reason AT ALL that he cant not fight Pac or SSM! Good bye Floyd... Let the real fighters of the sport fight for the history that has built Boxings foundation! Jack Johnson Harry Greb SRR Joe Louis, just to name a few would have never pulled this . PAC-FAN or not...this isnt what Boxing is about.
first of he fought a fair share of A class fighters, to say he fought none is just ignorant. he retired bcuz his body was breaking down and he was sick of boxing, if u had boxing as your number one priority (forced by your father) from the craddle til you was 32 you would probably be able to relate. money problems is BS, he just needed some time of.

i agree theres no reason not to fight mosley, pacs ppl refusing to let manny fight floyd is one not to fight pacquiao though. floyd did all he could but they would rather take on another tailor made oponent to protect the legacy arum built for him with good matchmaking.

arum kept pac away form fighters whos style dont fit him, true greats fights anyone. floyd was missfortunate the top fighters ducked him for a long time at 140 and beneath. once he moved to 147 he got the best. former undisputed champ judah and the man who beat him, baldomir. he beat both but then they fell of and ppl act like floyd ducked the best guys when in reality he fought the guys who were best at that time. after the way arum ruined the floyd-pac fight u can see why he chose to fight hatton rather than another arum fighter in cotto. who btw passed on a fight with floyd at 140lbs.

They'll never respond to me because they know the very logic behind that drug testing is complete bull****.

If whatever Pacquiao is supposedly on can only be detected in blood then urine test is pointless so why have it in the clause at all?

unless they are saying there are also peds that can only be detected in urine but not blood. In which case the whole drug testing request is complete bull**** in the 1st place.

So many people are accusing Pac of being on PED's. But instead of proving them wrong, what does he do? He runs away.

b4 making any comments on Pac u should remind urself he was climbing the division and beating the crap out of top WWs, how about FMJ?? after settling at WW what has he done lately?? He repeatedly smearing our sport with his antics and outside the ring brawls and women battering besides what made him say that legacy dont pay bills now answer that! Speaking of resumes , FMJ has one of the worst resumes to date heck Valero has much better resume in undefeateds! His record is like JCC Jr.
