I think it's more his and his camp's reactions to the request of extra testing than Floyd Snr's words that have a lot of people a bit su****ious.

Pac will not win the lawsuit.

Actual malice must be proven because Pac is a public figure. The only place where actual malice might be proven is with the "fake" emails. Either way, the only person liable for that part is the writer that published an article about, Tim Smith. As far as I know, Tim Smith is not included in the lawsuit.

Pac only filed the lawsuit to save face, it will not go to court.

I know dude. The haters who accused Pac have never thought of PED's before Floyd Sr. said it. Therefore, the rumor started just when Sr. said it and everyone believed him.

Why not just take blood test to shut everyone up? There eventually maybe a system in boxing where random blood tests are taken. Pacquiao will probably be retired by then. In this modern day of sports, I think Pacquiao is taking some kind of PEDS that is just my personally opinion.
