cheating is cheating in my book, if i'm on something that makes me throw more, harder punches for a longer period of time without fatigue then i could seriously hurt someone as well. If Mosley had serously injured DLH in their second fight people would be singing an completely different tone. Cheating is cheating, again the only difference is one got away with it and the other didn't. Shane ****ed up and moved on with his career and proved himself in the ring, Marg should be allowed the same.

As long as he does the following.

-Pays a Big Fine For Using Illegal Wraps

-Has his Wraps Checked Just Before the Fight and After the Fight

-Does Blood Tests Before Fights to Make Sure He Isnt Using Steroids Etc.

I dont condone cheating in any aspect..however I think the wraps is a bit more dangerous than the clear that Mosley used..provided what Mosley used/ it helped him in the later rounds with better stamina..ect..but when you think about cases like Billy Collins..and the damage it caused..and you have a modern day case with Marg..I think that offense is much worse..
I would maybe give him a second chance on a probationary period..where hes monitored to make sure nothing illegal is taking place..but I do not think he should be able to fight a top fight instantly..he shouldnt be rewarded for his actions..and I feel he should start from the ground up..whats sadder is Arum actually stood by his side..and wants to shove him in the spotlight again..

What he deserves is a chance at redemption......he needs to get back in the game fight 2-3 decent fights.....win big!!! then see about mega fights again.....but no nothing should just be handed to him....he/Capetillo put himsel back at the bottom....so he has to work his way back up.....
