In What Round Will Marquez KO Polo

I'm surprised nobody's talking about this fight, this could be a very tactical and interesting fight but I think Marquez will take a little bit of risk here compared to his last fight with Salido and hopefully will KO Polo in the later rounds. JMM better put on a show or else, he's gonna be fighting tomato cans for the rest of his life.

JMM needs to fight not only to win but also to impress.
He should be fighting better opposition.
I see Marquez kayoing Polo in the middle rounds.

JMM also needs a better manager then Ignacio Beristain. They lost the Pacquiao rematch, to Morales, during the negotiations and a purse of 3/4 million.
Tonight he's fighting Polo for 1/4 mil. Not too smart.

GREAT POST, Beristein is the worst in the sport, he should have taken the original offer and then possibly Marquez would have been the one to beat PacMan, instead Morales got the fight and the big win + more importantly the respect and admiration of the boxing public, Marquez now gets labeled as an arrogant $$-hungry chumpion, and by no fault of his own, but thru the fault of his greedy manager, sad stuff

You bet he's the worst manager, as a trainer, that's a whole different issue. He used to train the Mexican Olympic team back in the '80s.

As a manager, he let the JMM and brother Rafael contracts expire with TOP RANK thinking they'll be offered mega contracts, when that did not happened, the Marquez brothers had to settle on being the undercards.
