this is how Amir's body looked after he hooked up with conditioning coach Alex Ariza who DOES have experience in training boxers (Diego Corales and Erik Morales)

notice the difference in chest size you guys its way smaller
His body structure was all wrong when he was being condtioned by a coach who never handled boxers before. His chest was way too big. After he hooked up with Alex his chest size decreased and his legs gained more mass.
you guys I think this may be the reason why Amir went down so many times in his early career. 1. his body structure was wrong and 2. 135 wasnt a natural weight for him.
